On behalf of the Tinley Park High School Football Booster Club, and all of the school staff, coaches, students and parents at the TPHS, I would like to invite you to the Tinley Park Fishing and Outdoor Show, the BEST outdoor show in the Midwest.

I feel that it is easy to make this claim in that this year’s show, regardless of the existing challenged economic times; we were able to have more exhibitors than ever before and will once again break the records on visitor attendance.

            We'll have two major additions to this year's show.

            First of all we will be hosting our First Annual Tinley Park Fishing and Outdoor Show Outdoor Kid of the Year competition.  Boys and Girls ages 10 to 15 will compete for the title by taking a written test, and participating in a knot tying, bow shooting and casting compeitition.  This event is being brought to us with the help of Cabela's in Hammond, Indiana and other fine sponsors.

            Second, we will be honored by having the Director of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Marc Miller speaking at our show in the Audion on Saturday, February 13 at 1 PM.  Director Miller will talk about Fishing in our Illinois State Parks.

With the help of everyone at the school and the support of our exhibitors and visitors, we have proven that we can bring you something that is enjoyed by the entire family.  You'll see that again at our 2010 Show.

Although the 2009 show is behind us, we have not yet begun to rest.  We're already working on the 2010 Tinley Park Fishing and Outdoor Show and we believe that we can go one step farther.  We try to make each show better than the year before.  We have vowed to do it again for next year.

The 2010 Tinley Park Fishing and Outdoor Show will be February 13 and 14, 2010.  Please visit our Sponsor and Exhibitor Page as well as the News & Articles Page for updates on the show.  

Admission is $5.00 for adults, $4.00 for seniors, $3.00 for children 7 to 13, and kids 6 and under will get in free.  The show is held at the Tinley Park High School,  6111 W. 175th Street, just east of Ridgeland, in Tinley Park, Illinois.  Ample free parking is available.   For show information, call 708 532-1900, option #8.
